This is Chris Nichols I was a Digital Tech on a photo shoot that you catered for 4 days in Cape Town. The photographer was Peggy Sirota the client was Motorola and the local production company was Mark with Cool Banana.
I have been telling my girlfriend over and over about how good the veggie Lasagna was with the sweet potatoes that we had on set! In addition to her being mad that she couldn't come to Capetown she doesn't believe that it is as good as I said it was. I remember talking to you and you told me that you were going to put recipes up online and I was wondering if that was going to happen anytime soon? I would love to try my hand at making it here for her if you could ever find the time to get me the recipe or at least push in the right direction.

Hope that you might have time to help me out! The food was great! Thanks for taking such good care of us! All the food we had in Argentina and China was really bad. We actually talked quite a bit about how great we had it there in Capetown.

I've been meaning to write to you for a few weeks to thank you so much for
doing such a brilliant job of the catering for my 40th. Sure-Fire Catering
made the evening for me. With your delicious food, seamless service and
fabulous staff it was an utterly professional, mouth-wateringly delicious
experience. My friends are still talking about how good your food was
(especially the lamb).

From my side, I'd like to thank you, Craig, for making such an effort before
the evening to make sure I stayed on track and for so patiently phoning me
time and again to finalize even the smallest details. Your communication
skills are excellent, and your waiters and cleaning staff were pleasant,
professional, hard-working and thorough ¬ waking up the next morning to find
my kitchen absolutely spotless was a pleasure.
